When do I see how many credits will be used?
The total is shown after upload and before confirmation. Processing begins and credits are used only after you confirm.
Do monthly credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle.
How long are annual plan credits valid?
Annual plan credits are valid for 12 months. The R$ 375 per month shown for the entry-level annual plan is the monthly equivalent of R$ 4,500 billed annually.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Paid plans accept Mastercard, Visa, Boleto (Brazilian bank slip), Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Which document will I receive after payment?
Once payment is confirmed, Braivix sends a commercial invoice.
Are Opportunity Translations services included in the plans?
No. The plans shown apply to use of the Braivix platform. Specialist human services from Opportunity Translations are contracted separately based on the scope.
What happens if I do not download the result?
If the result is not downloaded, the processed files are deleted 12 hours after processing is complete, and the credits used remain consumed. Please download all available results within this period.
