File lifecycle

From upload to deletion, every stage follows a clear rule

The 12-hour period begins only after processing has been completed.

  1. 01

    File upload

You choose a solution and upload a supported file within the limit shown for that file type.

  2. 02

    Estimate and confirmation

The platform shows the number of credits required. Processing only begins after you confirm.

  3. 03

    Protected processing

The file remains in temporary storage on Braivix servers, with encryption during transmission and storage.

  4. 04

    Download and deletion

After download, processed files are deleted. Without a download, deletion occurs 12 hours after completion and the credits used remain consumed.
